How Tov Builds Your Voice Profile From Your Posts
A voice profile is not a gimmick prompt (“write like Hemingway”). It is the result of systematically reading your corpus—your posts, threads, and updates—and turning those patterns into constraints the model respects when adapting content for X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, or Telegram.

Step 1: Collect representative writing
The profile is only as good as the writing it sees. Tov focuses on material you have actually shipped: public posts and the sources you connect. The aim is breadth over one perfect sample— several weeks or months of real output beat a single “best post” that might not reflect how you write on a normal Tuesday.
Step 2: Deep analysis across the full set
Instead of summarizing one document, Tov runs a deeper pass across all of the posts in scope. That means catching stable habits: how often you use questions, how long your average paragraph is, whether you lean clinical or conversational, which sign-offs or phrases repeat, and how you introduce opinions versus data.
Platform-specific pieces are still useful. If you write shorter on X and longer on LinkedIn, the analysis can learn both modes so adaptations do not flatten everything into one generic middle.
Step 3: Turn patterns into a structured profile
The output of that analysis is a structured voice profile: a set of traits and preferences the system can apply every time you generate or repurpose a post. It is not a literal store of your old sentences; it is guidance that keeps new drafts aligned with how you usually sound.
Step 4: Apply the profile when rewriting for each platform
When you move one idea to another channel, two things happen at once: the draft follows platform-native shape (length, tone norms, formatting), and it stays anchored to your profile so it does not drift into anonymous “AI voice.” That combination is what reduces the so-called AI smell compared with a blank-slate chat prompt.
Why this matters for multi-platform creators
If you post everywhere, you already do a manual version of this—you mentally adjust how you talk on each app. Tov automates the tedious rewrite layer while keeping the through-line of your voice, so you spend time on ideas and edits, not on relearning your own habits from scratch.
